Here’s how it works: The cooking pot is lowering inside the cooking chamber before the heat comes inside by induction. Lesser risks, heating process as efficient as in a stove. You would even control the “height” of the heated zone.
Yanko Design indicates that each burner module is installed as a separate unit; you can position and blend them to suit your kitchen perfectly.
